Update November 20

Hello dear friends!

We have had an eventful time with a lot of good news. The most important thing is that the financing of our property is completed. Thank you very much to everyone who made this possible. We are still totally grateful and excited! In a next step we can now consider building the orphanage. In the next week we will receive a brochure with plans from the BPV architects in Hamburg, which we can then incorporate into a new information folder - we are also very grateful for this and of course we are very excited.

But much else has happened too: Last week, Sunday, we had the constitutive meeting for our organization in Kenya. We are still waiting for some official documents and hope to be able to submit all documents in the coming week. By the way, the name of the organization is “Tubya”, an abbreviation that roughly means “a lot of hope for young adults” in English.

Hope Project:

The Christmas campaign of our Hope Project got off to a very good start. We have already received donations for 475 Christmas packages for families and children in Kenya. Many thanks to everyone who made this possible.

We will start distributing the packages together with our partners from AE in the next week. If you have any questions or would like to support this project, please do not hesitate to contact us. Attention: Donations for the Christmas campaign should be made by December 8th at the latest, be received on our account.

Outlook and thanks:

If everything goes as planned, we will be on December 3rd. fly back to Germany. Whether this will work is just as uncertain due to Corona as any sermon dates.

At this point, thank you again to everyone who supports us through finances, prayer, or even practically. It means a lot and is very encouraging to us.

If you would like to support us or have any questions or suggestions, please contact us, we would be very happy! Finally, we wish you a peaceful and blessed Advent season!

Best regards

Marco and Joy
