Hello dear friends! 

A very moving and eventful month lies behind us!
At the beginning of October, we moved into our new house, which will also be the first orphanage for the “Center of Hope”. This was a special moment for us, as we have been working towards this for a long time. Many thanks to everyone who has supported us along the way.
The next highlight followed a few days later: friends from our German home church came for eight days to see our new home and also to support us. More than 200 trees were planted around the perimeter of the entire property and an irrigation system was installed. It meant a lot to us that people came all this way and gave us such great support.

In addition to planting trees and other activities such as attending a church service, we also distributed food. We were able to distribute a total of 100 food parcels to families in need.
 
Outlook:
At Tumaini Ministries, November is always the month in which we collect money in order to reach a certain financial goal. Last year, for example, we collected for the fence. This year we also want to collect, but in a slightly different way: as our fixed costs are increasing with the move to the Center of Hope - among other things, we need security guards - we are looking for 50 people who will support us with 10 Euros per month for the next 2 years. You will find more information about this on social media later this week. If you would like to support us here, please get in touch!
We are flying to Germany next week. We will be visiting the following churches to report on our work:17.11.24: Christusgemeinde Gau Algesheim, 24.11.24: Gemeinde Unterwegs Nastätten, 8.12.24: Zealchurch Leipzig. If you are anywhere nearby, feel free to drop by, we look forward to seeing you!
