Update November 22

Hello dear friends!

We write this newsletter on the train ride from the airport. So we landed well in Germany :)
Last week was the graduation ceremony of our Foxfire students. Once again, all ten participants were able to find a study or training position that suits them and their talents. This is also made possible by your donations, thank you very much!

Part of our students at their graduation ceremony.

We would also like to thank you for your active participation in the campaign to finance the steel tower for the fountain. From the targeted 200 x 30 Euros, we have already achieved three quarters. We are convinced that with your support we will also manage to raise the missing 50 x 30 Euros by the end of November.

Outlook:
In the next few weeks we will visit churches again to tell about our work in Kenya and to preach. The following dates are fixed: 27. 11. Gemeinde Unterwegs in Nastätten, 04. 12. Christusge-meinde in Gau Algesheim and 11. 12. En Christo Gemeinde in Mainz. If you live somewhere in the vicinity, feel warmly invited. There will also be dates in January, you will find them in the next newsletter.

Hope Project Christmas Campaign
It is always our special concern to help the poor people in Kenya. Therefore we will collect aid packages in December and distribute them in January and February. Since most of the school fees have to be paid at the beginning of the year, this time is especially challenging financially. If you would like to support this campaign, you can donate an aid package for 15 Euros, which a family can live on for two weeks. Please write "aid package" as the purpose of the donation, so that we can allocate your donation. Thank you very much! Of course we are aware that we are collecting for two things more or less at the same time, but both are dear to our hearts. And we thought it would be wrong to forego the Christmas campaign, for example, just so that the steel tower would be financed. We believe in a God big enough to do both.

Thank you:
Also today, we would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts all those who support us through prayer, finances or even practically. Only through you is our work possible, thank you for that! Finally, we wish you all a reflective and blessed Advent season.

Yours truly

Marco and Joy
